Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase the bag you have designed or any product made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We are constantly updating our offerings of products on the Service. The products available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
You may place an order with us by completing the order form on the Service and clicking the "Confirm Order" button.
When you place your order, we will issue you with an order number by email. Please note that this is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the bag you have designed, or other product you have selected, based on these Terms and Conditions.
Information contained on the Service constitutes an invitation to treat. No information on the Service constitutes or should be deemed as an offer by us to supply any products, however we will make every effort to supply the bag you have designed to you, or other products you have selected for purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Formal acceptance of your offer will occur when we email you confirming your order. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
Once your order has been confirmed, due to the bespoke nature, we are unable to cancel or amend the order. Should you cancel your order for whatever reason, after 48 hours of the payment of an order, we shall not be liable to refund any direct or indirect costs borne by you, including purchase price, delivery costs and taxes. Requests to amend the order will result in the order being cancelled, you will be charged 100% of the total order value and a new order will need to be placed.
You warrant to us that all products that you order are intended for personal, domestic, non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to restrict multiple purchases of one style made by the same customer or to be shipped to the same shipping address.
You agree and acknowledge that, if your offer is accepted by us in accordance with these Terms & Conditions that we are contracting to arrange for the delivery of the relevant products to your nominated address. You are considered the importer of record in respect of those products and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products.
If you decide to purchase a bag or other product available on the Service, you agree to promptly pay the associated fee.
You can pay in credit card, Gcash and other local currency acceptable locally. For those customers with payment methods not denominated in these currencies, the final price paid will depend on the exchange rate on the day the purchase has been made.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Service. Please note, payment is only debited from your card at time your order is confirmed.
All transactions on the Service are processed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This technology encrypts your card details and stops anyone else accessing them. SSL is recognized as a secure method of online payment. However, we will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner as a result of using the Service.
Your credit card information is not stored on the Service for security reasons. You have to re-enter it with each new purchase.
Our returns policy for Purchases can be found here. This policy forms part of this agreement and we agree to provide refunds in accordance with this document.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the products indicated on your order confirmation.
When designing your bag, the images displayed are a representation only, the actual bag that is custom made for you may differ to the represented images. Your ability to return bag is subject to our returns policy.
We shall aim to deliver the bag within 4 weeks and the leather sticker within 3-5 business days from the date your payment is received; the delivery of an order is subject to the availability of materials and we reserve the right to amend the delivery time as necessary.
We encourage you to visit the "My Account" section on our Service to view the delivery status of your bag or other product.
When your order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number for each item (if applicable).
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your bag or other product to the address indicated on your order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it, please ensure there will be someone available to sign for your parcel. If no one is available to take delivery of your order, our carrier may leave a card so you can pick-up your bag or other product from a third party address.
We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your bag or other product to you within the estimated timing. However, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. To the extent permitted by law, Pistol Star Group GmbH will not be liable for any delay or inability to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.
Any contests or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
Each time you use a password or identification, you will be deemed to be authorized to access and use the Service in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions. We have no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of any such access or use of the Service. You are solely responsible for all access to and use of the Service by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you whether or not such access to and use of the Service is actually authorized by you, including without limitation all, communications and transmissions and all obligations (including without limitation financial obligations) incurred through such use of access.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
As a condition of creating an account with us, you consent to us sending you Promotional Emails. In this document, “Promotional Emails” includes alerts for new products, features, enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, contests, events of interest, and one-off marketing promotions.
At all times, we will offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe from Promotional Emails, if you change your mind. Any e-mail we send you will contain an easy automated unsubscribe link so that you can opt-out of that send grid. Simply follow the indications in the e-mail. Alternatively, you can change your Newsletter setting preferences by logging into My Account.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Junior Achievement of the Philippines, Inc. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Switzerland and foreign countries.
The JAMarketplace logo is a trademark of Junior Achievement of the Philippines, Inc. Our trademark and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Junior Achievement of the Philippines, Inc.
Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions or on the Service, anything that you submit or post to the Service and/or provide Junior Achievement of the Philippines, Inc., including without limitation, bag designs, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and Junior Achievement of the Philippines, Inc. shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property of Junior Achievement of the Philippines, Inc.. You also grant us the right to publicly use the name that you include with any Submission when we refer to that Submission. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to any Submissions you make on the Service and that your use of your Submissions by Junior Achievement of the Philippines, Inc. will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions or Content. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions (including comments or reviews) for any reason.

Junior Achievement of the Philippines, Inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Junior Achievement of the Philippines, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
In no event shall Junior Achievement of the Philippines, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Junior Achievement of the Philippines, Inc. its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. The Revisions will be posted to this page.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service immediately.

Our products can be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving them for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Bags personalized with a monogram are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, tax and duties (where applicable) for returning your product to us. Shipping costs, taxes and duties for returning the product are non-refundable.
Please contact us if you need help to arrange shipment to return your product to us.
Your product will be considered faulty if it is received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs. Products damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will repair it or replace it at our discretion free of charge. We warranty our bags against defects of materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the customer. Please read our Warranty policy to learn more.
